Mallard Bay committees are made up of Mallard Bay Property Owners who dedicate time, expertise and significant effort to ensure everyone's continued enjoyment of the community. Volunteers are always welcome. Contact the committee chairperson to discover what activities the committee has planned.
The Mallard Bay Amenities and Common Areas Committee regularly assesses the condition and use of the many amenities within our community, among which are boat docks, clubhouse, hiking trails, lakes and ponds, furniture, game courts, and swimming pool.
Activities by this committee can lead to recommendations to the Mallard Bay Board of Directors (BOD) for establishment of new amenities or improvements to or maintenance of existing amenities. The BOD will consider the need, cost and urgency of a recommended project then, if the project is approved, will prioritize the project.

The Facilities Maintenance Committee plans, organizes, and executes needed maintenance activities for all Mallard Bay common facilities. They work in coordination with the Property Manager using resources authorized by the Board of Directors.

The Architectural Review Committee (or ARC) receives requests for construction of the buildings on the lots in Mallard Bay and any other proposed action that would affect the appearance or livability of the community. The ARC meets in the Clubhouse as the need arises.

The Landscaping Committee organizes weeding, clearing, planting, seeding, cleanup and other projects designed to maintain the beauty of the community. Important: The committee is responsible for organizing, not performing! We need volunteers from the community to perform these tasks to keep your Association Dues as low as they are.

The Social Committee plans, schedules, sets up for and cleans up after the community-wide social affairs, usually held at the clubhouse. The committee is always looking for new and interesting events to sponsor. In the past, they have held a casino night, a murder mystery night, and a charity night featuring live musical entertainment.
Any visitors of our members are also invited to attend any of our social functions. It is always a pleasure to meet family and friends of our Mallard Bay family.
Community social functions are not funded by the Property Owners' Association, but are fully self-sustaining and dependent on donations for food, beverages, and decorations. Donations are welcome at any time, including at social functions themselves where a donation basket is always present on a table next to the front door inside the clubhouse.
