Each member of the Mallard Bay Board of Directors serves
a two-year term beginning January 1. Approximately half of the board
members' terms expire each year. Board member elections are held in
October at the annual general members' meeting.
Following the
December monthly board meeting, the incoming board selects their
President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary. |

Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM, in the clubhouse.
Annual
Membership Meeting: The
most recent annual meeting of the Mallard Bay Property Owners Associaition (MBPOA),
normaly held on a Saturday in mid-October, was held in the clubhouse on Saturday, October 16,
2021 at 1:00 pm. All Mallard Bay property owners
were highly encouraged to
attend.
All
Mallard Bay property owners are encouraged to attend regular meetings of the Board of
Directors as well as those of the standing
committees.
