Exercise Group

 

In winter, when the swimming pool is closed, the exercise group meets in the clubhouse.  The winter schedule is a follows:

8:00 to 8:30 am - Monday, Wednesday and Friday - weight workout. Bring hand weights of your choice (usually ranging from 1 to 5 lbs). Lighter weights are better for beginners, advancing to to heavier weights as needed. Bring hand towel or exercise band for stretching.

8:00 to 8:30 am Tuesday and Thursday - step aerobics. Steps are available for use in the clubhouse, if desired. Some people choose to do the workout without using a step.
